After a scary morning with a strange popping in my right eye, Dr. Chris Padgett saw me and eased my fears. Not only was everyone there kind and very helpful, they were very thorough. The drops that Dr. Padgett prescribed for me have been very helpful already. It was an excellent doctor experience.

THe appt. was for my son. We arrived at 4:07 for a 4:15 appt. At 5:30 we were in a room waiting for the doctor where we had been since 5:00. I finally asked someone if we had been forgotten and she never returned. So I asked yet someone else. Finally at around 5:45 the doctor came in and said that she had been routed to the wrong room. But what I want to know is why wasn't our room the next one the doctor entered if we were the next appt. Why would the doctor go to another room for an appt after ours before seeing us. My son was there for a yearly check up. I guess the doctor could tell that I was out of patience so she did what seemed to be a kind of hurry up job. THis is not the service that I nor any member of my family have recieved in the past. I was very disappointed and my family has four more appts. in the future. I hope this will not be the normal. I must say the optical dept did an awesome job helping my son pick new glasses.
