My eye had been hurting and dry but one day turned bright red. I panicked and called into their office to hopefully get an appt the next day. they actually got me in in 15 mins! They are also so kind and friendly. Their doctors really know what they’re doing and a week later my eye was perfect again. I love this team…thank you!

My experience was wonderful until it was time for me to check out. My insurance policy is an HRA not an HSA and I do not have a flex card. My insurance company controls my deductible account once billed. The representative who signed me in did not take the time to complete my insurance verification. The representative that signed me out would not take the time to listen to how I was explaining my Insurance worked or call to verify the information I was providing. The representative that signed me out proceeded to inform me I was only being charge \\\”NC Liable.\\\” I was charged almost $200 for a visit I wasn’t expecting to pay anything for. I had to have my insurance company call to inform the representative how my account works and to issue me the refund for the amount I was billed.

After a scary morning with a strange popping in my right eye, Dr. Chris Padgett saw me and eased my fears. Not only was everyone there kind and very helpful, they were very thorough. The drops that Dr. Padgett prescribed for me have been very helpful already. It was an excellent doctor experience.
