THe appt. was for my son. We arrived at 4:07 for a 4:15 appt. At 5:30 we were in a room waiting for the doctor where we had been since 5:00. I finally asked someone if we had been forgotten and she never returned. So I asked yet someone else. Finally at around 5:45 the doctor came in and said that she had been routed to the wrong room. But what I want to know is why wasn’t our room the next one the doctor entered if we were the next appt. Why would the doctor go to another room for an appt after ours before seeing us. My son was there for a yearly check up. I guess the doctor could tell that I was out of patience so she did what seemed to be a kind of hurry up job. THis is not the service that I nor any member of my family have recieved in the past. I was very disappointed and my family has four more appts. in the future. I hope this will not be the normal. I must say the optical dept did an awesome job helping my son pick new glasses.

Just completed my annual check up with Dr. Tracy. Dr. Tracy and the staff were excellent as always. I have used them for years and highly recommend them to others.

I have been seeing Dr. Cotter for several years and have always had excellent treatment. The staff are courteous and go out of their way to assist the customers. My son also goes here and they have been wonderful to work with him. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

We were a walk-in at 5:00. Most dr. offices would not have seen us that late in the day. Everyone was very kind and gracious. The dr. was very thorough and took up a lot of time with my daughter. We received excellent care and I am thoroughly pleased and thankful.
