Thank you for the excellent care and service for my yearly check up on 5-8-13. Dr. Bryant you are a very pleasant and informative doctor. Your staff is very helpful and pleasant. I would like to give extra kudos to Jennifer Thompson for her many years of care and service. She has helped me with my eye glass choices several years, some I have been very tough. She has helped me to expand my sense of eye glass fashion and she is very customer service savvy. What a Fun experience. Thanks

Yesterday I had my yearly eye exam. The entire team was wonderful. They had checked with my insurance company for accurate coverage before my visit to eliminate any misunderstanding of my policy. I was pleasantly greeted. I had a young intern, Tom, assist me with the different tests conducted during the exam overseen by my physician. There was also a young high school student observing in a special program. I am proud that my doctor participtes and offers this type of encouragement to our future doctors. Erin assisted my husband and myself in selecting just the right frames for our new prescription. It is ALWAYS a good experience, and I have recommended this practice to my friends and relatives.

I had an awesome customer experience yesterday as I was in the office to pick up prescription sunglasses and also replacement frames for my regular glasses that the frame was cracked. Susan Smith is always so wonderful. She gives great, personal service. The sunglasses I wanted were a brand new Oakley frame that was just made available in the last month or so. Susan worked diligently with her reps to get them in as quickly as possible, get my prescription put in them and then get them to me. I couldn’t be more pleased. My Oakley frames for my regular glasses had somehow gotten a crack in the frame. They were still under warranty and Susan had ordered replacement frames. They came in the same time as my sunglasses. So it was like Christmas. Thanks, Susan, for taking such amazing care of my optical needs.

I didn’t have an appointment but had an eye problem and was there just a few minutes when I was called to be seen by the doctor. I thank them very much for their promptness and expertise!
