The staff was friendly and very helpful, that part of the experience could not have been better. As much as I hate bigger government in our lives, someone needs to regulate the extreme over charging for the eye ware itself. At this very clean and well-run office the doctors can match your prescription perfectly. I came in for an annual checkup and learned about eye health, new contact designs,and the real annual costs of contacts. Very informative. In addition, they were able to give me good discounts on the exam and glasses because I do not have a vision plan in my insurance policy.

I was able to get an appointment same day I called, which was very helpful for someone who travels out of town frequently. Dr. Martin was great, and very caring about family history of glaucoma. Josh at glasses center was outstanding, and even repaired a broken pair of glasses for me while I was there. The office is transitioning to an independent practice, and frankly needs an office administrator to facilitate the transition. Billing and account processing for procedures on equipment performed at partner practices, with results sent back to this office, needs to remain an internal business issue. The patient should not be burdened with how the doctors get paid for procedures performed at partner practices on equipment not available at this practice.

Very satisfied

My first time visit was very enjoyable . The receptionist was helpful, the person who did the preliminary exam explained everything and was very friendly. Dr. Byer- (sp?) was fantastic. Very nice, professional, and friendly. The woman who helped select a frame was not so friendly and a bit rude if you didn’t agree to the upgrades. But I survived by smiling.
