Clinic Administrative Assistant/Scribe
On-Sight Continence Care, LLC, a dynamic long term care company is seeking experienced administrative assistants/scribes in the Raleigh, Fayetteville, and Burlington, North Carolina areas for full-time positions in geriatric Continence Management. Job responsibilities will include
- Travel with the nurse practitioner (NP) to nursing homes to aid them in providing continence care to patients. This position will not have physical patient interaction.
- Entering data into a computer and printing appropriate forms as directed by the NP. Scribe as directed by the NP in regards to the diagnosis and procedure codes during clinic.
- Review patient charts to gather needed biographical information.
Successful candidates must possess excellent computer, organizational, and time management skills. Good driving record and suitable transportation required. Prior administrative and/or scribe experience in a medical setting preferred. Expert training and orientation will be provided. Clinical Technician
EyeAmerica, LLC, a leading eye care provider seeks qualified candidate to work as a full-time Clinical Technician for our On-Sight nursing home services program in eastern NC. Position requires one of following: Nursing/CNA, nursing home/health care experience, ophthalmic/optometric experience. Must have good computer skills, a good driving record, and be a self-starter who is highly motivated and detailed-oriented. Travel and some overnight stays required.
